Shipping, delivery times and rates
We deliver to all seven parishes of the Principality: Andorra la Vella, Escaldes-Engordany, Encamp, Canillo, La Massana, Ordino and Sant Julià de Lòria.
- Home delivery: €4.90 · free on orders of €60 or more
- Delivery within 24 to 48 working hours of order confirmation
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are prepared the next working day. The order must be received by someone aged 18 or over who can prove their age.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive an email with your reference number. You can check its status at any time from Order tracking.
I haven't received my order yet
If the expected delivery time has passed and nothing has arrived, first check your spam folder in case the delivery notice ended up there. If it still hasn’t turned up, write to us with your order number and we’ll track it down the same day.
My order arrived incomplete or with a damaged bottle
Wine travels well, but once in a while something can go wrong. If something is missing when you open the box, or a bottle is damaged:
- Let us know within 48 hours of delivery
- Send us a photo of the bottle and the packaging
- We’ll replace the bottle on the next delivery run or refund the amount, whichever you prefer
There’s no need to send the broken bottle back.
