Description

Lleiroso · DO Rueda

A white from the Rueda DO, made from Verdejo with some Viura. The grapes come from limestone soils and high-altitude vineyards, and are harvested at night or in the early morning so they reach the winery cold. They undergo a cold maceration before fermenting at 16 to 18 °C in tank. No time in oak. The Viura adds a softer fruit that gently rounds the Verdejo.
