The winery

Fulcro

A project by Manuel Moldes, born in 2009 in a garage in Vilalonga, Pontevedra. He farms about 11 hectares in the Val do Salnés, split between Meaño and Sanxenxo, some owned and some leased. Old vines on decomposed schist, granite and sand, worked by hand. Whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and no malolactic in any of the whites, to preserve acidity.
