Can Feixes · DO Penedès

The estate’s young white, with parellada (montonec), macabeu, xarel·lo and Malvasia de Sitges, from vines over sixty years old at around 400 metres, on limestone soils with gravel. Hand-harvested with a double selection, in the vineyard and at the winery. Only free-run juice, fermented in steel at controlled temperature and rested on the lees until bottling.
