Description

Kaapzicht · WO Stellenbosch

Sauvignon blanc from the Bottelary Hills, in Stellenbosch. Picked at dawn, while the grapes are still cold, it spends eight to ten hours of skin contact after pressing before fermenting in reduction (without oxygen), so that none of the aromatics are lost.
