Tempranillo Blanco, the white mutation of Tempranillo authorised in Rioja in 2008. The vineyard, planted in 1997, sits on old terraces at 565 metres, on clay-limestone soils with iron and plenty of rolled pebbles, farmed organically. After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed, settled statically and finish fermenting at 15 °C in stainless steel. A young wine, with no oak.
