Description

Hacienda de Arínzano · DO Pago de Arínzano

Chardonnay from the Plano 26 and Los Almendros plots, with gravel and surface stones over clay at depth. Hand-harvested in 10 to 12 kg crates, the whole bunches go straight to the press without destemming. Fermentation takes place at 15 to 17 °C: 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in new French oak barrels. Both lots then rest for twelve months.
