Description

Kaapzicht · WO Stellenbosch

Chenin blanc from bush vines planted on decomposed granite over a crumbly clay subsoil. Production is limited to 4 tonnes per hectare. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, and the must rests overnight in steel before fermenting with selected yeasts. The wine then stays on fine lees until bottling.
